No. We don't find investors or make introductions, and we don't work for a success fee. We build the materials that you, or the firm raising for you, send to investors.
Do I still get a PDF and a PowerPoint?
Yes. Every package ships a PDF and an editable PowerPoint. The link is for the investor who wants to go deeper after the first call.
Is my information private?
Company-specific material, like your model, data room and home page, sits behind a password. Every page we publish for a company tells search engines not to list it. You decide who gets the password, and the deck can have one too.
How much does it cost?
From $1,000 for a model, deck and teaser. From $4,000 for the full Smart Deck, up to about $10,000 depending on scope. The pricing page shows what changes the price.
Can I edit the model after you hand it over?
Yes. The model is your file, in Excel or Google Sheets. Your words, numbers and files are yours.
