That's normal before a seed round. We build the model from what you know, and we label every assumption we add so you can check it and change it.
Can I edit the model after you hand it over?
Yes. The model is your file, in Excel or Google Sheets. Your words, numbers and files are yours.
Do I get a PowerPoint as well?
Yes. You get the deck as a PDF and as an editable PowerPoint. The Smart Deck link is extra, for investors who want to go deeper.
Do you do valuations?
Yes. A valuation and an investor memo come with the full Smart Deck, from $4,000.
How many revisions do I get?
